Turkish Red Kidney Bean Salad Wrap
A quick and filling wrap made with CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad, fresh vegetables, and yogurt sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 jar CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad
- 4 lavash or tortilla wraps
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup yogurt mixed with 1 clove garlic (garlic yogurt sauce)
Instructions
Prepare wraps: Warm lavash or tortillas in a dry pan.
Assemble: Spread garlic yogurt on each wrap. Add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Spoon CEREN Red Kidney Bean Salad on top.
Roll: Fold sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy as a quick Turkish-inspired lunch or light dinner.
