Asian-Style Pea & Tofu Stir-Fry
A modern fusion dish with CEREN Boiled Peas, tofu, and soy-ginger sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups CEREN Boiled Peas
- 200 g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare tofu: Pat dry and fry tofu cubes in vegetable oil until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Cook vegetables: In the same wok, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bell pepper and cook 3 minutes.
Add peas & tofu: Stir in CEREN Boiled Peas and tofu. Pour soy sauce over, tossing everything together for 2–3 minutes.
Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
