Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Crostini
A modern appetizer featuring CEREN Roasted Red Peppers and creamy cheese on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup CEREN Roasted Red Peppers, sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 g goat cheese (or feta)
- Fresh thyme or basil for garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Toast bread: Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast until golden.
Spread cheese: Spread goat cheese or feta on each toasted slice.
Add peppers: Top with CEREN Roasted Red Peppers. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Garnish: Sprinkle with thyme or basil.
Serve: Perfect as a party starter or light snack.
