Cocoa Halva Mousse Cups
A rich chocolate mousse layered with crumbled CEREN Cocoa Halva Triangles.
Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons CEREN Canola Oil
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 CEREN Cocoa Halva Triangles (crumbled)
Instructions
Melt chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt dark chocolate with CEREN Canola Oil over a double boiler. Let cool slightly.
Whip cream: In a separate bowl, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
Combine: Gently fold melted chocolate into whipped cream to make mousse.
Assemble cups: Layer mousse in small glasses with halva crumbles in between.
Chill: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
Serve: Garnish with extra halva bits on top.
