Halva Biscuit Truffles
Bite-sized no-bake truffles using CEREN Halva Sandwich Biscuits and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 10 CEREN Halva Sandwich Biscuits (crushed)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 200 g dark chocolate (melted)
- Crushed pistachios or cocoa powder (for coating)
Instructions
Prepare base: Crush biscuits into crumbs. Mix with cream cheese until dough-like.
Shape truffles: Roll mixture into small balls with your hands. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Coat in chocolate: Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate. Place back on tray.
Finish: Sprinkle with pistachios or dust with cocoa powder.
Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
Serve: Perfect with coffee or as a party treat.
